Booking Us Get a Quote The first step is to contact us by e-mail or call on 020 8581 4609, and tell us about your project or business, what you need and by when. It is likely we will have to speak to you at some stage so please be prepared to provide your phone number. Once we have a full understanding of your business, your current objectives and exactly what you need us to do, we will provide a quote. Our quote takes into consideration the fact that the majority of our clients are either young or small businesses with limited resources. Our rates are very competitive and we do not charge extra for evening or weekend work which may be required to meet deadlines. Book Us If you are happy with our quote, simply sign and return it. Your business project manager will then contact you immediately to get things started. Most communication between Equilibrium and our clients is done via e-mail or by phone, although sometimes the job will require sending hard copies, and in more complex cases, one-to-one meetings. The procedure and time involved will be discussed before each job begins and where required we sign a Confidentiality Agreement and/or a Business Agreement. We are very flexible and will proceed according to your requirements. Payment Terms Payment terms vary from project to project. In all cases however, we will ask you to make an initial payment. The remainder will be paid on completion of the job. In the case of long term projects we will ask you to make interim payments at agreed intervals. Payment can be made via Pay Pal, BACS or cheque.
