Equilibrium is a specialist small business service company based in west London, which provides an all encompassing range of services designed to assist small businesses in areas where they may be lacking knowledge and experience, or which simply do not have enough time or manpower.

Many of our clients use Equilibrium on a regular basis to help close any gaps in their current resources. However some clients come to us with more complex issues. Having just launched this year in March 2007, Equilibrium has already assisted a number of small businesses to:

Develop business plans and marketing strategies to secure seed funding and early stage funding. To date we have helped 3 companies raise £400,000 in total.*

Secure tenders by assisting with tender applications. Our most recent success being a 3 year tender for building services worth £1 million.*

Increase revenue. In the last 6 months, 4 companies to which we provide marketing consultancy and website design, have reported increases in profits of between 10 and 50%.*

Avoid critical stress situations. One client had a run of bad luck and was facing closure. In our role of troubleshooter, we helped him raise business funding and devise a financial plan which would stabilise his business. 4 months later the critical point has passed and business is looking up. *

The Team

Equilibrium services are provided by a group small business specialists who are very aware of the challenges facing small business owners. Our team of 6 professionals have extensive and rounded experience of owning or running successful retail, wholesale and service based businesses. In their time several have also worked for large corporations and organisations. Between them they have over 60 years of business experience. All have business degrees.

At Equilibrium, we work as a team and discuss each project and client together so to ensure we give the very best advice and services possible. For small businesses this is like having a board of advisors, something only a large corporation could afford. Working together in this manner is the key to fulfilling our mission of equalising the playing field between small business and the corporate machine.
